About Me

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to engage with my profile. I am a highly qualified and compassionate Counselling Psychologist (DPsych), with over 8 years experience, dedicated to providing culturally sensitive, identity-informed, and holistic therapeutic support to young people, adults and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

My experience

My professional experience spans a range of settings, including the NHS (Perinatal and Refugee Care Pathways), community mental health teams supporting adults experiencing psychosis through outreach projects, youth services within Child and Adolescent Units, as well as my own private practice through online and telephone therapy. These varied experiences have allowed me to work with people across different stages of life and from many different cultural and social backgrounds.

Alongside my clinical work, I am also the co-founder of a non-profit organisation that raised funds to provide recreational resources for a school in The Gambia,  and the excavation of a water well in a rural village. This work reflects my wider commitment to community wellbeing, social responsibility, and creating meaningful change beyond the therapy room.
